• James Brown: Chocolate cake topped with chocolate buttercream
• Peach Bellini: Champagne chiffon cake, peach sabayon filling, topped with champagne buttercream and macerated peaches
• Notorious F-I-G- Honey cake, filled with goat cheese filling, topped with cream cheese buttercream, fig caramel, and toasted pistachios
